Karen & John | Ulster American Folk Park | Omagh

2 Comments Weddings

I have known Karen, a keen photographer herself,  for a few years now having photographed her sister Grainne’s Wedding and from teaching her a little of what I know at a photographic workshop! In fact it was at her sister’s wedding a couple of years ago, that this pair met!  They had their first date soon afterwards at the Ulster American Folk Park and so it seemed fitting to take some Wedding Portraits there on their big day.  Karen loves flowers and although her own home grown sweet pea didn’t quite work out we stumbled upon the most beautiful wall of sweet pea on our way back to the reception at the Silver Birch Hotel in Omagh, you couldn’t have planned it better!!  I think you will agree that Karen was a pure beauty, her lack of fake bake, her 1950′s inspired barley curl hair and natural make up made for a beautiful look.

Sarah Fyffe Photography is just that, photography by Sarah Fyffe, which is me by the way. I love taking pictures so much that 10 years ago I decided it might be a good idea to do it for a living and here we are.I was recently named one of top five wedding photographers in Northern Ireland and referred to by one of my brides as a pocket rocket. I am based in Omagh, Co.Tyrone but travel frequently to weddings all across Ireland and beyond on my photography assignments. Mentored by some of the best photographers in the world I constantly aim to push the boundaries of my photography to make sure you only get the best.
